This is a real, active project. The full case study — problem, approach, and results — isn’t written up yet; this page will be expanded as that detail is finalized.
What’s verifiable today from the project’s own technical spec: Rentify processes rental transactions, reconciles them against tenant records, builds a per-tenant month-by-month timeline, and applies payments sequentially to the earliest unpaid months — entirely inside Google Sheets via Apps Script, with no external database.
